The buyer can give up the products purchased from the GREENO.RO online store, without having to justify the withdrawal decision and without incurring other costs than those stipulated in art. 13 and art. 14 of GEO No. 34/2014, within 14 days starting from the day you take physical possession of the product.
The returned product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered (in the original packaging with all accessories, with intact labels and accompanying documents). Products that show physical changes, bumps, chips, scratches, shocks, traces of excessive use and/or unauthorized interventions, etc., are not accepted for return.
The Seller will reimburse the product's value within a maximum of 14 (fourteen) days from the date of informing GREENO.RO by the Buyer of his decision to withdraw from the contract and accept the return, in a bank account. Return charges are borne by the customer.
In order to benefit from the return of products according to Emergency Ordinance 34/2014, the return form must be completed no later than the 14th calendar day from the date of picking up/receiving the product. Forms completed after this period are not taken into account. Also, the product must come into our possession no later than the 14th calendar day from the date of its receipt by the comparator.
According to the legislation in force, the cancellation of the purchase is applicable only to natural person customers.
Products can be returned by courier or by coming directly to the GREENO.RO headquarters, but not before filling out the return form and receiving acceptance from us.
If several products of the same type were purchased, only one unsealed product can be returned, the rest of the quantity is accepted only if the products are sealed.
We ask that at the time of shipment or when you present yourself at OUR headquarters, the package should contain the following documents/data:
1. Copy of the invoice
2. The original product warranty certificate
In case of delivery of another product or in a different quantity, you must report the incident to the SELLER within 24 hours to resolve the incident. If the product is no longer in stock, the Buyer can opt for replacement with another product or for a full refund of the consideration.
The products prove to be non-functional within the first 48 hours from their reception
If the received product proves to be non-functional within the first 48 hours of actual receipt - pickup from the Seller's premises or receipt by courier. The buyer can complain about this and request the return of the product within this term, in order to replace it with a new product. If the product is no longer in stock, the Buyer can opt for replacement with another product or for full reimbursement of the consideration.
